With an experience of over 10 years, the company EXPERT CLEANING SRL is specialized in cleaning and maintenance services. Our goal is to provide quality services adapted to the needs of our customers at an excellent quality-price ratio.

Since December 2011, our company is certified for the Quality Management System recognition in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 / EN ISO 9001/2008, Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001: 2004 / ISO 14001 : 2005 Management System and Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with OHSAS 18001: 2007 / OHSAS 18001: 2008.

Because of the requests of our customers, our company developed activities as repair of plumbing, the air-conditioning, heating and electrical installations. Our intention is to develop integrated services in the future and building maintenance (Facility Management).

Equally, benefit from the services of specialized staff; recruiting, training and coordinating maintenance staff of cleaning will become unnecessary, leading to the elimination of concerns of your own staff salaries, vacations, taxes, resources invested in training their replacements. Another advantage is that you will have summed cleaning and maintenance services on a single bill: personal cleaning + products of cleaning + technical equipment and working tools + lavatory + consumables for further interventions.

There is also the possibility of taking over existing staff, depending on each customer’s option.

The services are provided mainly on contracts with monthly billing and permanent employees, so far, our company has permanent employees in the country.

We provide our customers with the cleaning crew and services for existing customers (periodically or when necessary) and make specific requests from new customers. Our geographical location (in Brasov) is an advantage in terms of proximity to our partner’s locations, because, being situated in the middle of the country, we can cover promptly a radius of 400-500 km in any direction of travel.

Methodology

For us, security is a key element in meeting the highest standards of services, so the products we use have the highest quality, for example:

Delivery of monthly equipment (cleaning products, supplies for the bathroom) is made directly to customer address based on advice slips (after our order), signed by the customer upon delivery, so that we can ensure the provision of all product agreed in the contract.

We consider employees as the most important link in providing quality services, so we attach great importance to their selection for the formation of dedicated people who come with pleasure at the job and carefully executing the tasks assigned.

The activity of cleaning is monitored by the team coordinators who ensure the successful fulfillment of the services provided.

Our employees are carefully selected (criminal record and signing confidentiality agreement) being competent individuals skilled for the job.

In terms of concluding a contract with a new client, we can proceed on delegating new responsibilities to existing employees of our company, to take over customer’s staff or additional staff, according to the needs, to the restrictions on the program, etc.

From our point of view, the difference between the various service providers, in terms of recruitment, can only be done with the working conditions offered.

Regarding to the staff fluctuations, we can state that our society has ensured through a powerful human resource management, keeping them at low levels, quality of staff being visibly superior.

Also, our collaboration with customers has a special importance. In this sense, we establish regular meetings with our clients in order to improve our services.

For a constant evaluation of services, we drew up a series of monthly reports with our customers, both designed to not consume time in the daily schedule and to ensure us the success of contractual obligations so that we can prevent and resolve any possible problems, fast.

The management of our society (association) is actively involved in the work itself, therefore contractual obligations towards our customers are personal obligations for the collective leadership.

It is certainly an advantage, the direct involvement of the company’s business associations, controlling and setting the direction of movement, in permanent contact with customers and their requests.
